FACILITATION…COMES FROM THE Latin word “facile” or “to make easy”…Although it’s not always easy to facilitate a group or team when you’re the manager and/or emotionally involved! We can work with your company's contact person or manager to develop an awareness of possible issues and to develop an Agenda for the meeting. By neutrally facilitating the meeting or discussion, we can maintain a power balance between the Stakeholders at the meeting, make sure everyone's opinions are heard, deal with "problem people" with effective communication skills, and provide a safe environment for everyone to feel like they are contributing.
